TERMS: In order to qualify for quantity discounts via the website, you must purchase in quantities of 6 or more of the same style books/audio journals because the shopping cart does not recognize mixed orders. Discounts for 6 - 11 books/audio journals are 20% off and 12 - 24 books/audio journal are 30% off. If you wish to mix the books/audiotapes and receive the discount, or receive discounts for orders of 25 or more, please contact us at the number listed below. Your purchase must be paid for at the time of the order.
	RETURNS: Returns will be accepted if the items are still in publication, are returned in resaleable condition and are received within 30 days of purchase (ship date). Any returns not in resaleable condition or received past the 30 day period when received will NOT be credited. Returns will be credited at the original purchase price. No credit will be given for shipping charges.
	SHIPPING: All orders will be shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) at customer's expense, unless an alternate method is requested using customer’s account number. Shipping is F.O.B. Cottonwood, California.
